CHILDRENS MINISTRY
Realizing that children are the most valuable and precious resource of Agape Baptist Church, it is our desire to guide our children toward the building of a solid spiritual foundation for their lives. Our Bible-based curriculum provides learning experiences relating to God, Jesus, the Bible, church and family. Our goal is to put into practice the Bible verses and truths being taught by our committed Christian teachers every Sunday.
To ensure good communication between parents and teachers/care givers, silent pagers are available to parents during the Bible study time and worship service. For security reasons, all teachers/care givers are subject to background checks. In addition, a children’s sick child policy is in place to provide a guideline for the health and safety of our children.
Childcare is provided during worship services in Henderson Hall for children ages birth – 5 years old. Children’s Worship bulletins and crayons are provided in worship service for those children attending worship.
Bible Study (9:45-10:45 AM) Children of all ages participate in child-centered, age appropriate Bible learning experiences that relate to their everyday lives. Meets in Henderson Hall.
